Adnan Ahmed, MBBS
After completing residency in psychiatry in New York, Dr. Ahmed moved to Minnesota. He was a practicing psychiatrist for three years before he decided to pursue his interest in Forensic Psychiatry and join this fellowship program. When Adnan is not working, he and his wife like to take road trips to small towns in Minnesota and spend time with their two cats.
Matthew Kruse, MD
Matthew Kruse, MD, received his undergraduate degree from Carleton College with a major in psychology. Afterward, he spent two years on a research fellowship at the National Institute of Mental Health where he focused on psychiatric genetics. He completed the combined MD/MBA joint degree program at Yale University. In addition to forensic psychiatry, academic interests include healthcare policy and first-episode psychosis.
