Ondansetron Study

Treatment by your own physician:

Zofran® (ondansetron HCL) is available on the market and could be used as a trial medication by your psychiatrist, internist, or family practice physician.  A member of our team would be happy to discuss our experience with this drug (Zofran®) .

Treatment in an on-going or future clinical study

This option  would involve participating in a placebo-controlled research protocol.  Such a protocol means that you might be randomly placed in a group that did not received an active drug (placebo group).  Studies could involve,  treatment with Zofran® (ondansetron HCL) alone or in conjunction with psychotherapy.  Participation in one of these studies would require weekly visits to our out-patient facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota, an obvious inconvenience for individuals out side of the Twin Cities area.  However, Participation and treatment in this type of study is free of charge. If you'd like to learn more about this study, please contact us by phone or email as listed below.
