Richelle Moen Moore, Ph.D.
Associate Psychologist
She is the Assistant Director of the Psychiatry Residency Training Program. Dr. Moen received her doctorate degree from the University of Iowa in Counseling Psychology. She has been involved in coordinating the psychotherapy training, examining the different psychotherapy components and requirements within our residency program. Dr. Moen teaches the group psychotherapy course, facilitates three psychotherapy groups (the adolescent, women’s, and mixed adult groups) in which each PGY-3 is involved in a rotation as a co-therapist. Dr. Moen applies this same model of training to family therapy with each PGY-3 functioning as a co-therapist.
Areas of interest include: clinical supervision, family and therapy through the life span, brief family interventions, play therapy with children, and developmental issues of adolescents and adults.
