Announcements
- The NAMI Walk for Mental health research was a success, drawing over 1,300 people and raising over $175,000 for research.
- Dr. Marilyn Carroll received an RO1 grant to study adolescents and impulsivity. She will be acting as a subcontractor with the Mayo Clinic.
- There will be a Medical School Workshop on October 19 in the Campus Club. Entitled “Snow on the Roof – Fire in the Furnance,” it will help mid-career and senior faculty reflect on and plan their next career phase. If you wish to attend, email Kathy Luby at lubyx004@umn.edu.
- Dr. Lim’s Center for the Study of Impulsivity and Aggression will move to 717 Delaware on November 29.
Dr. Curdue discussed that the inpatient attending schedules are being developed for the next year.
